How do I get started?Your plan is tailored to how many meals you want to be delivered per week. We offer flexible plans where you can choose to have either 3 or 5 meals delivered per week. Here's how it works: 1. Select Your Plan: Choose the number of meals you want to receive each week, either 2, 3 or 5 meals. 2. Pick Your Meals: Browse through our menu and select the meals that best suit your taste and dietary preferences. 3. Set Delivery Details: Choose your preferred delivery day from Friday or Sunday and time and then sit back and wait for your delivery.

How do I place an order?Once you are happy with your plan, proceed to checkout and enter your details. Select your preferred day to start your deliveries on either Friday or Sunday and enter your payment details. We accept Debit/Credit Cards including American Express.

What does a meal include?Each meal includes an entree, two sides and a complimentary cornbread muffin. You can also add more sides to your meals for an additional cost.

How much does it cost?Our prices range from £35. Your weekly price will be displayed after your plan is created, depending on your meal selections. The more meals you select the cheaper it works out.

How does the ordering and payment of my weekly plan work?We are a subscription-based company therefore your plan will automatically be renewed every week with payment taken once a week. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I change the meals in my plan?Absolutely! Your plan is flexible, allowing you to choose meals according to your preferences. Just log into your account, and edit your meals. Any extra costs or deductions will be automatically updated in your basket. There is a cutoff period for orders to ensure we have ample time to order, source, and prepare your delicious meals. The cutoff for Friday is Tuesday at 9 PM The cutoff for Sunday is Thursday at 9 PM

Can I order without a subscription?Yes, you can order our combo meals or place a one-time meal plan order without a subscription. However, subscribing offers benefits like exclusive discounts and perks.

How do I contact customer service?For any inquiries or assistance, our customer service team is here to help. You can reach us via email at hello@soulfoodseriously.com or via the live chat from 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?Yes, you can easily skip deliveries or cancel your subscription. To skip, log into your account and click ‘pause’. To cancel, log in to your account and click ‘cancel subscription’. The system will schedule the cancellation for after you have received all the meals you have paid for.

Can I cancel/change a delivery after the order cut off times?There is a cutoff period for orders to ensure we have ample time to order, source, and prepare your meals. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change your order after the cut off times. The cutoff for Friday is Tuesday at 9 PM The cutoff for Sunday is Thursday at 9 PM There may be circumstances that we can accept changes after the deadline at our discretion. How long do the meals last?Because we don’t use any artificial preservatives, when stored in a fridge your meals will last 3 days.

What if there are issues with my meal?We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your meals, please contact us immediately explaining the issue to us and we will try our best to resolve this for you.

Do you offer halal food?The menu is not halal but we can provide it if you leave a special note on the item when choosing your meals. There are also fish and vegetarian options available.

Are there vegan options available?We do not currently have any vegan mains but some of our sides are vegetarian or can be made without meat. You can leave a special note on the item when choosing your meals.

Are you suitable for dairy and gluten intolerances?We can cater for gluten intolerances but do not currently cater for dairy intolerances. We have items on our menu that not contain dairy, however please be aware of the risk of cross-contamination by our manufacturers and suppliers.

What days do you deliver?We currently deliver on Fridays and Sundays from 4 pm to 9 pm.

What areas do you deliver to?We currently deliver to the postcodes N16 and E5. If you live outside of these areas you can pick up your order from our pick up point.

How will my meals be delivered?Your meal will be delivered by a member of the Soul Food Seriously team. We will message you on the morning of your delivery to remind you of your delivery time.

How much is delivery?Delivery is £1.99

What if I’m not going to be home?Please select a time that you will be home. If you are not going to be home please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a collection from our pick up point.
